Steamed black locust flower


200 grams fresh black locust flower

50 grams all purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon chili oil sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 red chili, sliced

1 green pepper, sliced


1. Rinse the black locust flower, drain, drop in a large bowl


2. Add some flour in the bowl


3. Sprinkle ground black pepper in the bowl


4. Add some salt in the bowl


5. Mix until even


6. Put the all ingredients in the steamer, steam for 8 minutes


7. Add chili oil sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, green pepper, and red chili in another bowl, mix until even, drop the steamed black locust flower in the bowl, mix until even


8. Serve
