Cucumber carrot and tofu skin salad

Ingredients

1 piece tofu skin

1 cucumber

1/2 carrot

1 tablespoon sliced parsley

1 tablespoon chili oil sauce

1 teaspoon white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon minced garlic

Method

1. Shred the cucumber

 

2. Shred the carrot

 

3. Chiffonade the tofu skin

 

4. Blanch the tofu skin in boiling water for 2 minutes, take out, drain

 

5. Drop the tofu skin, cucumber, and carrot in a large bowl

 

6. Add some salt in the bowl

 

7. Add white sugar in the bowl

 

8. Pour soy sauce and vinegar in the bowl

 

9. Sprinkle the chili oil sauce in the bowl

 

10. Mix until even

 

11. Add the garlic and parsley in the bowl

 

12. Mix until even

 

13. Serve
