Smashed cucumber and dried shrimp salad

Ingredients

30 grams dried shrimp

2 cucumbers

1 garlic bulb, minced

1 small bunch parsley

2 red chilies

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon white sugar

Method

1. Rinse the cucumbers

 

2. Trim the cucumbers

 

3. Smash the cucumbers

 

4. Slice the smashed cucumber into chunks

 

5. Immerse the dried shrimp in water for 10 minutes

 

6. Drop the smashed cucumber in a large bowl, add the minced garlic in the bowl

 

7. Add soy sauce in the bowl

 

8. Pour vinegar in the bowl

 

9. Add white sugar and some salt in the bowl

 

10. Add the shrimp in the bowl, mix until even

 

11. Add the parsley, red chilies, and olive oil in the bowl

 

12. Mix until even

 

13. Serve
