Spinach ark clam salad

Ingredients

400 grams spinach

150 grams ark clam

1 garlic bulb, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Rinse repeatedly until clean

 

2. Immerse the clams in water for 30 minutes, take out, rinse, drain

 

3. Trim and rinse the spinach

 

4. Drop the clams in a skillet, pour some water in the skillet, heat the skillet over high heat

 

5. Add some salt in the skillet

 

6. Cover the skillet with the lid, bring to a boil

 

7. Boil until all clams are opened, turn off the heat

 

8. Blanch the spinach in boiling water

 

9. Once the spinach is cooked through, take out, drain

 

10. Add the minced garlic in a bowl

 

11. Add the soy sauce, white sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil in the bowl, mix until even

 

12. Remove the shell from the clams

 

13. Put the blanched spinach in a large mixing bowl

 

14. Pour the mixed sauce in the mixing bowl, mix until even

 

15. Put the spinach in a dish, top the spinach with the shelled clams, done
