Ark clam and okra salad

Ingredients

400 grams ark clam

8 okras

1 garlic bulb

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon horseradish sauce

1 tablespoon cooking wine

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Add the ark clams in a skillet, pour some water in the skillet, add some salt in the skillet

 

2. Pour some cooking wine in the skillet

 

3. Heat the skillet over high heat, bring to a boil, boil until all clams are opened, take out, remove the shell from the clams, rinse, drain

 

4. Rinse and trim the okras

 

5. Blanch the okras in boiling water for 5 minutes, until fully cooked, take out, drain

 

6. Mince the garlic

 

7. Add the horseradish sauce in a small bowl

 

8. Add the minced garlic in the bowl

 

9. Pour soy sauce in the bowl

 

10. Squeeze lemon juice in the bowl, mix until even

 

11. Slice crosswise the okras

 

12. Put the shelled clams and okras in a large bowl

 

13. Pour the mixed sauce in the bowl

 

14. Mix until even

 

15. Serve
