Sauteed chicken gizzard with celery cabbage

Ingredients

8 chicken gizzards

300 grams celery cabbage

1 red bell pepper

1 small bunch green onion

1 piece ginger

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

1 tablespoon cooking wine

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon starch

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon white sugar

Method

1. Rinse the chicken gizzards, make some gashes

 

2. Drop the chicken gizzards in a bowl, add some soy sauce, some salt, cooking wine, and starch in the bowl, mix until even, set aside for 10 minutes

 

3. Chiffonade the celery cabbage, slice lengthwise the red bell pepper, shred the ginger

 

4. Heat a skillet over low heat, pour some vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add the black peppers in the skillet, stir until fragrant, remove the black peppers from the skillet, add the green onion and ginger in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

5. Add the chicken gizzards in the skillet, turn up to high heat, stir until even

 

6. Add the white sugar in the skillet

 

7. Stir until cooked through, take out, set aside

 

8. Pour the remaining vegetable oil in the skillet, add the celery cabbage in the skillet, stir until even

 

9. Add soy sauce in the skillet, stir until even

 

10. Cover the skillet with the lid, simmer for 3 minutes

 

11. Stir until the celery cabbage is fully cooked

 

12. Season with salt

 

13. Season with chicken powder

 

14. Add the red bell pepper in the skillet, stir until even, add the chicken gizzards in the skillet

 

15. Stir until even

 

16. Serve
