Sauteed water spinach stem

Ingredients

500 grams water spinach stem

3 green chilies

3 red chilies, chopped

1 teaspoon fermented black bean

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 garlic cloves

1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Method

1. Slice crosswise the water spinach stems

 

2. Slice crosswise the green chilies, slice the garlic cloves

 

3. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering

 

4. Add the garlic in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

5. Add the green chilies in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

6. Add the water spinach stems in the skillet, stir until even

 

7. Add the fermented black beans in the skillet

 

8. Season with salt

 

9. Add rice vinegar in the skillet

 

10. Add the red chilies in the skillet

 

11. Stir until thoroughly cooked, serve
