Sauteed rice jelly


500 grams rice jelly

1 small bunch green garlic

1 small bunch green onion

1 tablespoon barbecue sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon white sugar

2 tablespoons vegetable oil


1. Dice the rice jelly, slice the green garlic and green onions


2. Heat a skillet over low heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add some green garlic and green onion in the skillet, stir until fragrant


3. Drop the diced rice jelly in the skillet, stir until even


4. Add soy sauce in the skillet


5. Add white sugar in the skillet


6. Stir for 2 minutes


7. Add the remaining green garlic in the skillet


8. Stir until even


9. Serve
