Vegan ham and wood ear mushroom salad

Ingredients

10 grams dried wood ear mushroom, soaked

50 grams vegan ham

1/2 onion

5 garlic cloves

1 small bunch parsley

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 tablespoon vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 teaspoons chili oil sauce

Method

1. Slice the vegan ham, onion, and parsley, chop the garlic cloves

 

2. Immerse the wood ear mushrooms in boiling water for 3 minutes

 

3. Take out the wood ear mushrooms from the boiling water, drop in cold water

 

4. Take out the wood ear mushrooms, drain, drop in a mixing bowl, add the vegan ham, onion, parsley, white sugar, and salt in the bowl

 

5. Add vinegar and sesame oil in the bowl

 

6. Add chili oil sauce in the bowl, mix until even

 

7. Serve
