Sauteed snow peas in minced garlic

Ingredients

200 grams tender snow pea

4 garlic cloves

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Trim the snow peas

 

2. Mince the garlic

 

3. Add some salt in the boiling water, immerse the snow peas in the boiling water for 2 minutes

 

4. Take out the snow peas from the boiling water, drop in cold water

 

5. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add the garlic in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

6. Add the snow peas in the skillet, stir until even

 

7. Season with salt

 

8. Serve
