Ingredients
300 grams yellow chive
4 eggs
1 piece ginger
2 dried red chilies
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cooking wine
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Method
1. Rinse and slice the yellow chives
2. Shred the ginger, slice the dried red chilies
3. Crack the eggs in a bowl, pour cooking wine in the bowl
4. Beat the eggs until even
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, pour the beaten eggs in the skillet, fry until firmed, take out the scrambled eggs,
leave the oil in the skillet
6. Drop the ginger and dried red chilies in the skillet, stir until fragrant
7. Drop the yellow chives in the skillet, stir until even
8. Season with salt
9. Pour the scrambled eggs back in the skillet
10. Stir until even
11. Serve
