Ingredients
450 grams radish
260 grams pork
1 piece ginger
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon mixed spice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1/2 teaspoon chicken powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons corn starch
2 cups vegetable oil
Method
1. Chop the pork, chop the ginger, mix the pork with the ginger until even
2. Pour the pork mixture in the food processor to process into minced pork, pour the minced pork in a large mixing bowl
3. Pour oyster sauce, mixed spice, soy sauce, cooking wine, chicken powder, and some salt in the mixing bowl, mix until even, set aside for 30 minutes
4. Rinse and shred the radish, mix the radish with the remaining salt until even
5. Squeeze out excess water from the radish
6. Pour the radish in the mixing bowl, mix until even
7. Pour corn starch in the mixing bowl
8. Mix until even
9. Divide the pork mixture into some pieces, roll into some pork balls
10. Heat a skillet over medium heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the vegetable oil until smoking, drop the pork balls in the skillet, fry until lightly golden
11. Take out the pork balls, drain
12. Turn up to high heat, heat the oil until smoking, drop the pork balls in the skillet, fry until golden brown
13. Take out the pork balls, drain
