Sauteed hyacinth bean pods

Ingredients

300 grams hyacinth bean pod

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon cooking wine

5 garlic cloves, chopped

1 teaspoon fermented black bean

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

1. Trim the hyacinth bean pods

 

2. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add the garlic in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

3. Pour the fermented black beans in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

4. Drop the hyacinth bean pods in the skillet, stir until softened

 

5. Season with soy sauce, salt, and cooking wine

 

6. Stir until cooked through

 

7. Serve
