Sauteed winter bamboo shoots with pickled celery cabbage

Ingredients

300 grams pickled celery cabbage

150 grams winter bamboo shoot

1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon white sugar

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon sliced green onion

Method

1. Slice the pickled celery cabbage

 

2. Peel and slice the winter bamboo shoots

 

3. Heat a fry pan over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the fry pan, heat the oil until shimmering, drop the winter bamboo shoots in the fry pan, stir until golden

 

4. Add the pickled celery cabbage in the fry pan, stir until even

 

5. Sprinkle white sugar in the fry pan, stir until even

 

6. Sprinkle soy sauce and green onions in the fry pan, stir until even

 

7. Serve
