Red date pumpkin sweet soup

Ingredients

500 grams pumpkin

10 red dates

1 teaspoon wolf berry

50 grams crystal white sugar

Method

1. Immerse the red dates in water for 20 minutes

 

2. Core the red dates

 

3. Drop the red dates in a stew pan, pour some water in the stew pan, heat the stew pan over high heat, bring to a boil, turn down to low heat, boil for 20 minutes

 

4. Immerse the red dates in water

 

5. Peel the pumpkin, remove the pulp from the pumpkin

 

6. Slice the pumpkin into chunks

 

7. Add the pumpkin in the stew pan, bring to a boil, boil for 20 minutes, until cooked through

 

8. Add crystal white sugar in the stew pan, boil for 5 minutes, until dissolved

 

9. Add wolf berries in the stew pan, boil for 3 minutes

 

10. Serve
