Sauteed asparagus with ginkgo fruits


250 grams asparagus

40 grams ginkgo fruit

1 red chili

2 dried red chilies

3 garlic cloves

2 tablespoons corn oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon barbecue seasoning


1. Remove the core from the ginkgo fruits with a toothpick


2. Trim the asparagus, slice the asparagus on the bias


3. Blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 1 minute


4. Take the blanched asparagus in cold water, take out the asparagus from the cold water, drain


5. Slice the garlic, red chili, and dried chilies


6. Heat a fry pan over high heat, pour corn oil in the fry pan, heat the oil until shimmering, add garlic and dried chilies in the fry pan, stir until fragrant


7. Drop the ginkgo fruits in the fry pan, stir until even


8. Add the asparagus and red chili in the fry pan, stir until cooked through


9. Season with barbecue seasoning


10. Season with salt


11. Serve
