Sauteed yam bean sticks

Ingredients

1 yam bean

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

1. Rinse the yam bean

 

2. Peel the yam bean

 

3. Slice the yam bean into sticks

 

4. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, drop the yam bean sticks in the skillet, stir until even

 

5. Pour some water in the skillet, stir until even

 

6. Pour soy sauce in the skillet, stir until even

 

7. Stir until cooked through, season with salt

 

8. Serve
