Ingredients

4 preserved eggs

1 piece pork, minced

2 green chilies, chopped

1 red pepper, chopped

1 piece celery, sliced

2 tablespoons cooking oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon baked bean sauce

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon cooking wine

1 piece ginger, chopped

Directions

1. Crack the eggs, chop, set aside

 

2. Pour the minced pork in a bowl, pour cooking wine and soy sauce in the bowl, mix until even, set aside for 5 minutes

 

3. Heat a pot over high heat, pour cooking oil in the pot, drop the pork in the pot, stir until fragrant

 

4. Drop the chopped ginger, green chilies, and red pepper in the pot, stir until fragrant

 

5. Drop the preserved eggs in the pot, stir until fragrant

 

6. Season with salt

 

7. Drop the celery in the pot, stir until fragrant

 

8. Pour the baked bean sauce in the pot, stir until even

 

9. Sprinkle white sugar in the pot, stir until even

 

10. Serve
