Ingredients

1 chicken

2 carrots

1 bottle beer

1 piece ginger, sliced

3 dried red chilies, chopped

2 tablespoons cooking oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 black cardamom

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

1. Rinse the chicken, chop

 

2. Heat a pot over high heat, pour some water in the pot, bring to a boil, drop the chopped chicken in the pot, bring to a boil, take out the chicken, drain, set aside

 

3. Rolling slice the carrots

 

4. Heat a pot over medium heat, pour cooking oil in the pot, drop the chicken in the chicken in the pot, stir until fragrant
