Ingredients

500 grams / 1.1 pounds bone-in lamb

1 large white radish

2 tablespoons cooking oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1 black cardamom

1 piece ginger

2 tablespoons soy sauce

3 dried chilies

2 tablespoons baked bean sauce

Directions

1. Rinse the lamb, slice and chop

 

2. Heat a stew pot over high heat, pour some cold water in the pot, drop the lamb in the pot, bring to a boil, take out the lamb, rinse, drain

 

3. Slice the radish, ginger, chop the chilies

 

4. Heat a pot over medium heat, pour cooking oil in the pot, drop the lamb in the pot, stir until even, pour soy sauce in the pot, stir until even

 

5. Pour the baked bean sauce in the pot, stir until even

 

6. Drop cumin, ginger, black pepper, and black cardamom in the pot, stir until even

 

7. Pour some water in the pot, turn up the heat, bring to a boil

 

8. Pour all ingredients in a stew pot, heat the stew pot over medium low heat, stew for 40 minutes

 

9. Drop the radish in the stew pot, stir until even

 

10. Season with salt, stew for about 20 minutes, until well

 

11. Serve
