1 bass fish

1 lemon

2 red chilies, chopped

1 tablespoon sliced green onion

1 tablespoon chopped ginger

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

2 tablespoons cooking oil

1 teaspoon salt


1. Remove scales and guts from the bass fish, make some gashes in two sides, put the bass fish in the steam pot to steam for 6 minutes, line the baking pan with foil paper, take out the bass fish, put in the baking pan, set aside


2. Slice the lemon into a half and 3 slices, squeeze the half of lemon into a bowl, set aside


3. Heat a pot over high heat, pour cooking oil in the pot,, drop the garlic, green onion, and ginger in the pot, stir until fragrant


4. Take the ginger mixture in the lemon juice bowl, drop the chopped chilies in the bowl, sprinkle some salt in the bowl, mix until even, set aside


5. Pour soy sauce and oyster sauce in the pot, pour some water in the pot,, bring to a boil


6. Sprinkle the bass fish with the soy sauce mixture


7. Sprinkle the bass fish with the garlic mixture


8. Put the 3 lemon slices on the bass fish, preheat the oven to 160 °C or 320 °F, put the baking pan in the oven, roast for 10 minutes


9. Serve
