7 small fishes

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 tablespoon sliced green onion

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 piece ginger, chopped

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 tablespoon soy sauce


1. Remove the scales and guts from the fishes, rinse, drain, put the fishes in a plate, pour all the ingredients but vegetable oil in the plate, mix until coated, set aside for 1 hour


2. Heat a pan over medium heat, pour vegetable oil in the pan, put the fishes in the pan


3. Fry until two sides are golden


4. Serve
