2 squids, sliced

1 cup barbecue sauce

1/4 cup vegetable oil


1. Skewer the squids


2. Brush the skewered squids with barbecue sauce, until coated, set aside for 30 minutes


3. Heat a pan over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the pan, put the skewered squids in the pan


4. Fry until two side are golden brown


5. Serve
