For the dough:

250 grams / 9 ounces bread flour

30 grams / 1 ounce oatmeal

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon yeast

15 grams / 0.5 ounce white sugar

40 grams / 1.5 ounces sourdough stater

For the filling:

3 drumsticks

1/2 teaspoon spiced salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

For the frosting:

1/4 cup beaten egg


1. Rinse the drumsticks, make some gashes in the drumsticks


2. Put the drumsticks in a bowl, pour olive oil and spiced salt in the bowl, mix until even, set aside for 30 minutes


3. Preheat the oven to 180 °C or 350 °F, put the drumsticks in a baking pan, put the baking pan in the oven, bake for 30 minutes

10. Fold each dough until firmed


11. Line the baking pan with parchment paper, put the doughs in the baking pan, set aside to rise for 1 hour, until doubled in size


12. Brush the doughs with beaten egg


13. Preheat the oven to 180 °C or 350 °F, put the baking pan in the oven, bake for 25 minutes, until golden


14. Serve
